Building our first home with Garraway Developments was a decision we do not regret. Ben spent an enormous amount of time with us throughout the build to make sure we had considered the style of our home and how our selections would flow. He was always upfront and honest with us to make sure we considered the practicality of these choices to ensure we built a functional home as well as pretty. Ben and Annette always made themselves available for any queries we had throughout the process. They updated us weekly on what was happening with the build. Ben has been nothing but pedantic in ensuring the quality of all finishes in our home were perfect, from the flawless paint job to the beautiful cabinetry and tiles. We are extremely grateful for this as we are truly in love with every aspect of our new home. We have now been in our home for a few weeks and would not change a thing. Ben has continued to be available to us post-handover and has been incredibly helpful with all of our questions.

Garraway Developments recently completed my new home at Red Cliffs to my absolute satisfaction. Ben and his team have been amazing through the whole process of my build from the slab, frame, bricks, cabinetry (Unique Kitchens – fantastic) electricals, painting and final fitout with no stress. I hear you are thinking of building a house. Have you contacted Ben Garraway yet? If you have not that is your first mistake. Preparing to build a house can be a frustrating and time consuming business but we used him and to put it simply the whole process was easy and actually enjoyable. Ours was an investment house and we did not want to pick out taps and fixtures so we left it to Ben. If you like to do that sort of stuff well no worries of course you can. Ben’s guidance will make it easy though. From an empty block of land to a completed house, with paths, lawns, shrubs and a watering system was an enjoyable experience and the build was completed on time. We had four friends who decided to build houses to occupy themselves and we suggested Ben to them. After talking to several local builders they talked to him and yes decided to go with him, their builds have commenced and they could not be happier. Ben is fast becoming one of the most popular local builders and deserves all the success that comes his way. Give him a try you will not be disappointed.
